This image taken on Aug 31, shows some of the flooding in NO. My brother's place on Burgundy just past Esplanade looks like it has water around it but it's on the edge so I think it's relatively safe from the flooding. This whole thing is just crazy when you think about all the people displaced from ruined homes. People are just moving on too, looking to live and work in other cities.
