Salon.com News | Oiling up the draft machine?

Well, here's a little ditty I got off Tom Tomorrow's weblog (See past posts for his web site). The Bushites (or neocons) are starting to dust off the draft boards, fluff up their pillows and shine their shoes. Sounds like...we might have a conscription addict in the White House! This will go nowhere until post election 2004. And I will guarantee you, Kerry will have no draft. I have friends who are young (I'm 32 and a bit out of the running), and the last thing I want is for them to go to Iraq and get their hormonally charged asses shot for no good reason.
When will the US wake up from their collective sleep and say, "Wait a minute Mr. President! Are you outta your F***in' mind?!" Let's get the UN in there so it isn't so obvious we just want their oil.
